Ginger Baste For Pork Recipe

Ingredients:
2/3 cup: Brown sugar,
2 tbsp: Cornstarch,
2 tsp: Freshly grated ginger root,
2 each: Cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup: Wine vinegar,
2/3 cup: Soy sauce,
1/4 tsp: MSG, Optional

Directions:
Combine ingedients thoroughly until sugar is dissolved. Let stand for
at least 1 hour to blend flavors before using. Stir well before
brushing on pork during cooking.
