Ingredients:
4 tbsp: Toasted Sesame Oil,
4 tbsp: Minced Fresh Ginger,
4 tbsp: Minced Scallion,
6 tbsp: Soy Sauce,
4 tbsp: Dark Chinese rice Vinegar, Lt. rice vinegar or Cider vinegar
1/2 cup: Homemade or low salt canned chicken stock,
2 tbsp: Sugar,

Directions:
Mix well. Serve with steamed dumplings.
