Gingered Fruit Dip Recipe

Yield: 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients:
1/2 lbs: Cream cheese,
2 tbsp: Icing sugar,
1 tbsp: Approx. milk or cream,
1/4 cup: Chopped preserved ginger,

Directions:
In bowl, cream cheese with icing sugar until light and fluffy, adding
enough milk to give consistency for dipping. Mix in ginger. Makes
