Golden Corn Fritters Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Flour, self-rising
1 tsp: Sugar,
1 tsp: Salt,
1/2 tsp: Pepper,
2: Eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cup: Corn, fresh, cut from cob about 3 ears
1/2 cup: Milk,
2 tsp: Oil, vegetable
Oil, vegetable, hot
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix well, and set
aside.
Combine eggs, corn, milk, and 2 tablespoons vegetable oil; mix well.
Stir corn mixture into dry ingredients.
Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls into vegetable oil heated to 375
degrees; cook fritters until golden, turning once.
