Golden Fried Catfish Recipe

Ingredients:
6 small: Catfish, cleaned and dressed
1 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
2 cup: Cornmeal, self-rising
Vegetable oil,
Directions:
Sprinkle catfish with salt and pepper. Place cornmeal in a paper
bag; drop in catfish, one at a time, and shake until coated. Fry in
deep hot oil (375) until golden brown; drain well. Serve hot.
