Ingredients:
4 cup: Flour,
1/4 cup: Granulated sugar,
1 tsp: Coriander,
1 3/4 cup: Butter,
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together three times, add the butter and work
into a firm dough. The hands work for this. Knead on a lightly
floured board and roll to 1/8" thick. Cut with a 3 inch cutter and
bake at 325 until lightly browned, (about 10 minutes). Dust with
confectioners sugar.
