Steak & Ale Marinade Recipe

Ingredients:
WALDINE VAN GEFFEN,

FOR STEAKS,
1/2 cup: Ketchup,
2/3 cup: Tomato juice,
1/4 cup: Red wine, or purple grape -FOR CHICKEN OR PORK--
1/2 cup: Soy sauce,
1/2 cup: Pineapple juice,
1/4 cup: White wine-or white grape,
Directions:
Mix ingredients for each marinade and marinate steaks or chicken up
to 24 hours in the fridge. Add a dash of worcestershire sauce to
