Steak Au Poivre ( Mw ) Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 tsp: Whole Black Peppercorns,
1: Beef Cubed Steak,
1 tbsp: Cooking Oil,
1 tbsp: Brandy,
1/8 tsp: Instant Beef Bouillon,

Directions:
Coarsely crack peppercorns. Sprinkle both sides of steak with crushed
peppercorns, pressing in firmly with fingers. Let steak stand at room
temperature for 30 minutes. Preheat a 6 1/2-inch microwave browning
dish on 100% power for 3 minutes. Add the cooking oil to the
browning dish. Swirl to coat dish. Place the steak in the browning
dish. Micro-cook, covered, on 100% power for 1 minute. Turn steak and
micro-cook, covered, on 100% power about 30 seconds more or until
done. Remove steak to a warm plate. Stir brandy and bouillon granules
into liquid in browning dish. Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power
for 20 to 30 seconds or till boiling. Pour over steak and serve.
