Swedish Nut Cake Recipe

Yield: 1 Cake

Ingredients:
2 cup: Sugar,
2: Eggs, slightly beaten
20 ounce: Can crushed pinapple,
Undrained,
2 tsp: Baking soda,
2 cup: Flour,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
1/2 cup: Walnuts, chopped

TOPPING
8 ounce: Cream cheese, softened
4 ounce: Butter,
1 3/4 cup: Powdered sugar,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
1/2 cup: Walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Mix together the cake ingredients. Pour into a 13x9 inch pan and
bake at 350, 36 minutes.

Mix together topping ingredients and beat with a beater then spread
on hot cake.
