Grapes With Yogurt Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1: Ripe small banana, peeled
And sliced,
1/2 cup: Plain whole milk yogurt,
Superfine sugar to taste,
1 dash: Rum,
1 1/2 cup: Red seedless grapes --,
Rinsed and halved,
Mint leaves, or chopped
Pistachio nuts for garnish,
Directions:
Puree banana with yogurt and season with some superfine sugar and a
dash of rum. Spoon into the bottom of wine glasses and spoon grapes
over the top; garnish with mint or pistachios.
Yield: 2 servings
