Grated Kohlrabi Recipe

Ingredients:
3: Kohlrabi, trimmed & peeled
Salt,
4 tbsp: Butter,
Sweet marjoram,

Directions:
Grate kohlrabi, toss lightly with salt and allow to sit in a colander
for 30 minutes. Squeeze water out. Melt butter in a saute pan and
stir in the kohlrabi. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes,
stirring occasionally. Uncover and cook another 2 minutes until
lightly browned.
