Swedish Rye Bread Recipe

1 tsp: Yeast,
1 cup: Bread flour,
2/3 cup: Rye flour,
1/3 tsp: Grated orange peel,
1 1/3 tsp: Caraway seeds,
1 tsp: Salt,
2/3 tbsp: Butter or margarine,
2 1/2 tbsp: Honey,
1/2 cup: , (plus 1 Tb.) Water
