Green Meatballs (meatless) Recipe

Ingredients:
2 package: frozen chopped spinach --,
Directions:
: thawed and squeezed
1/2 c seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c Parmesan
3 egg whites
2 cloves garlic -- minced
1 sm onion -- minced
1/2 ts oregano
Preheat oven to 350B0F. Combine all ingredients, mixing by hand.
Mixture should be the consistency to form meatballs. If too soft, add
breadcrumbs. Form into small balls. Bake on a Pam-sprayed cookie
sheet 30-35 minutes.
