Greens With Dijonnaise Vinaigrette +++ Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: Light mayonnaise,
2 tbsp: Red wine vinegar,
1 tbsp: Dijon mustard,
1 Clove: Garlic,
pn Salt, pepper and granulated
Sugar,
3 tbsp: Olive oil,
14 cup: Assorted greens,

Directions:
In small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar,
mustard, garlic, salt, pepper and sugar. Gradually whisk in olive oil.
(Dressing can be covered and refrigerated for up to 4 hours. Whisk to
recombine.) Place greens in salad bowl. Pour dressing on top; toss
gently to coat.
