Hearty Beef Stew Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs: Beef, cut in 1" cubes
2: Carrots, sliced
1 large: Onion, diced
3 Stalks: celery, sliced
1 can: Tomatoes, 28oz
1/2 cup: Quick-cooking tapioca,
1: Whole clove,
2: Bay leaves,
Directions:
Salt and pepper

Trim all fat from meat. Put all ingredients in CROCK-POT. Mix
thoroughly. Cover and cook on Low 12 hours. (High: 5 to 6 hours).
