Herbed Stuffed Eggs #2 Recipe

Ingredients:
12: Eggs, hard boiled
2 tbsp: Pimentos, finely chopped
1/2 cup: Garlic & Herb cheese spread,
1/4 cup: Dijon mustard,
1/4 cup: Mayonnaise,
Scallions, sliced for garnish
1/4 cup: Scallions, finely chopped
Directions:
Halve eggs lengthwise. Scoop out yolks into a large bowl; set egg
white halves aside. Mash yolks; blend in cheese spread, mayonnaise,
scallions, pimentos and mustard until smooth.
Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg white halves. Garnish with sliced
scallions and serve.
