Herbed Vinegars Recipe

Ingredients:
White vinegar,
Herbs, fresh

Directions:
Take any fresh herb(basil, parsley, rosemary, sage, thyme, oregano,
garlic, etc) and place washed herbs in vinegar in glass bottle. Close
tightly and let sit for at least a month. Decant into another
container straining through a cheesecloth. Use in salads, soups or
sauces to add a little zip!
