Ingredients:
8 cup: Salad greens, torn
2 cup: Strawberries, sliced
3: Kiwifruit, coarsley chopped
1: Avocado, bite-size pieces
2 cup: Fresh blueberries,
POPPY SEED DRESSING
1/3 cup: Olive oil,
3 tbsp: Malt or cider vinegar,
1 1/2 tsp: Poppy seeds,
1 tsp: Granulated sugar, or honey
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
Directions:
In a large bowl, arrange greens, strawberries, kiwifruit and avocado.
Poppy Seed Dressing: in small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, poppy
seeds, sugar and pepper.
Pour dressing over lettuce mixture and toss. Sprinkle blueberries
over top
