1 tsp: GARLIC POWDER,
1 tsp: GROUND CUMIN,
1 tsp: ONION POWDER,
1/2 tsp: CINNAMON,
1/2 tsp: OREGANO LEAVES,
1/2 tsp: RED CAYENNE PEPPER,

Directions:
STIR ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER WELL. STORE IN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER.
MAKES 1/2 CUP MIX. EACH 1 TABLESPOON OF THE MIX = 20 CALORIES, 1 g
PROTEIN, 1 g FAT, 4 g CARBO, 51 mg SODIUM, 0 mg CHOL. EACH 1 TB. = 45
% CALORIES FROM FAT.
