Tarragon Sauce (beasley) Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 lbs: Butter,
1 tbsp: Tarragon vinegar,
1 tsp: Fresh lemon juice,
1 tsp: White wine,

Directions:
Combine ingredients, heat, and serve over crabcakes (see separate
recipe). Chopped parsley and chives may be added if desired.
