Tasty Pork Roast Recipe

Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs: Pork roast,
1/3 cup: Water,
1/4 cup: Heinz 57 sauce,
2 tbsp: Soy sauce,
2 1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/4 tsp: Pepper, coarsely ground
Directions:
Brown roast in skillet on all sides; remove to roasting pan,
reserving pan drippings. Add water, Heinz 57 sauce, soy sauce, salt
and pepper to reserved pan drippings; mix well. Pour over roast.
Roast at 375
for 1 hour. Baste with pan drippings. Reduce oven
temperature to 300
. Roast for 1 hour longer, basting occasionally
with pan drippings.
