Ingredients:
2 kilo: Mussels,
1 cup: Basil leaves,
4: Green onions ----dipping sauce-----,
1/2 cup: Lemon juice,
Lemon grass, optional
2 tbsp: Fish sauce,
1 tsp: Sugar,
2: Coriander leaves, chopped
3 centiliter: Garlic,
1 tsp: Red pepper flakes,

Directions:
Recipe by: "Michael E. Kinneer" Open the
mussels by steaming them along with the basil and green onions.

Blend the ingredients for the sauce with enough warm water to make a
dippin sauce and serve with the mussels.
