10 1/2 ounce: Firm tofu,
1/4 cup: Vegetable oil,
1/4 cup: Confectioners sugar,
1/2 tsp: Lemon juice,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1 tbsp: Vanilla,

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and blend in blender until smooth. Serve
immediately or chill.
