Tomato Pie Recipe

Ingredients:
1: 9" pie shell,
4 large: Tomatoes, peeled, sliced
1/2 tsp: Dried basil,
Salt & pepper to taste,
1/2 cup: Mayonnaise,
1 cup: Shredded cheddar cheese,

Directions:
Partly bake pie shell at 350 deg f. Into partly baked shell, add
tomatoes, salt, pepper and basil. In a small bowl combine mayo and
cheese. Spread this mixture over tomato. Bake pie at 350 deg f for 30
minutes. Good when served as a side dish or as a light main course
with a garden salad.
