Tomato Salsa Recipe

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup: Diced ripe tomatoes,
2 each: Scallions, chopped
4 ounce: Can mild green chiles, drain
1 each: Or 2 jalapeno peppers, chop
1 tbsp: Chopped cilantro or parsley,
1/2 each: Juice of lemon,
1 tsp: Ground cumin,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
Directions:
Combine the ingredients in the container of a food processor. Pulse
on and off until the mixture is a coarse puree. Store in airtight
container in refrigerator.
