Top Of Stove Spareribs Recipe

Ingredients:
3 lbs: Spareribs or pork chops,
3/4 cup: Water,
2 tbsp: Vinegar,
2: Onions, sliced
1 tsp: Chili powder,
1/4 tsp: Cayenne pepper,
3/4 cup: Catsup,
2 tbsp: Brn. sugar, packed
2 tbsp: Worcestershire sauce,
1 tsp: Paprika,
1/2 tsp: Black pepper,
1 tbsp: Oil,

Directions:
Season meat, brown in oil. Add sliced onions. Mix other ingreds.
Cover and let simmer abt. 3 hrs, or until tender. Courtesy Telephone
