Tortellini Soup With Peas Recipe

Ingredients:
2 Cloves: garlic, minced
1/2 lbs: Frozen cheese tortellini,
1 can: Chicken broth, 10 oz.
1 cup: Frozen peas,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
1/4 cup: Freshly grated parmesan cheese,
Directions:
In large pot, bring 3 cups water and garlic to boil. Add frozen
tortellini; return to boil. Reduce heat to medium-high; cook,
stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes.
Add chicken broth, 1 1/4 cups water and peas; return to boil. Reduce
heat to medium; cook for 5 minutes or until pasta is tender but firm.
Stir in pepper. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan. Makes 3 servings.
