Honey-mustard Dressing - I Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Nonfat yogurt,
1 1/2 tsp: Cider vinegar,
1 tsp: Dijon mustard,
1 tsp: Honey,
Salt,
Black pepper, freshly ground

Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk together ingredients until well blended.
Alternatively, combine all ingredients in a small jar, secure lid and
shake until blended.

Good on salads of mixed bitter greens, such as arugula, chicory,
escarole, radicchio and watercress. Makes about 1/4 cup.
