Honeyed Beef Stew Recipe

Ingredients:
2 lbs: Stwing beef,
1 large: Onion,
2 tsp: Mustard powder,
2 tbsp: Honey,
3: Celery stalks,
3/4 pint: Water,
2 tbsp: Lemon juice,
1 medium: Green pepper,
6 ounce: Ketchup,
Directions:
Heat a little oil in a pan,, brown cubed meat, slice onion and
pepper, chop celery, add to beef, mix the rest and pour over. Cover
and cook at Mark 4, 350 F, 1
1/2 hour or until tender.
