Horseradish-cream Cheese Spread Recipe

Ingredients:
8 ounce: Cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup: Fresh chives, finely chopped
2 tbsp: Buttermilk,
1/2 cup: Horseradish, grated and drained
Directions:
Mash all ingredients together until well combined, using just enough
buttermilk to get the desired consistency.
Use as a spread on rye or pumpernickel bread, on bagels or
crackers.
