3 each: SQUARES BAKERS CHOCOLATE,
1 1/4 cup: SUGAR,
1/4 cup: FLOUR,
1/4 tsp: VANILLA,
LARGE EGGS,
1/4 cup: PECANS, IF DESIRED
ICE CREAM, IF DESIRED
Directions:
MELT BUTTER AND CHOCOLATE IN A DOUBLE BOILER OR MICROWAVE. BEAT IN
SUGAR FOLD IN FLOUR AND NUTS. TURN ONTO GREASED 9" PIE PAN. BAKE AT
350 DEG F. FOR 20 - 30 MINUTES. CENTER SHOULD BE MOIST. DO NOT OVER
COOK. SERVE WARM WITH ICE CREAM.
