Ingredients:

1/3 cup: Parmesan cheese, grated
300: Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise
pk Mesan, and cayenne. cut
2 Rounds: with a cookie cutter,
Ass. bake on a cookie,

Directions:
sheet for 5 minutes, until hardened. Spread the cheese mixture
generously on one side of each bread round. Sprinkle with grated
Parmesan and dash of paprika. Broil until puffy and golden on top,
