Ingredients:
3 cup: Flour,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 tsp: B soda,
2 cup: Sugar,
1 tsp: Vanilla,
1 tsp: Cinnamon,
1 1/2 cup: Oil,
3: Eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cup: Pineapple, (crushed & undrain
1 1/2 cup: Bananas,
1 cup: Nuts,
1/2 cup: Coconut,

Directions:

Mix all dry ingredients. Mix eggs & oil then stir into dry
ingredients. Add vanilla, pineapple, bananas & nuts. Makes a 3-layer
cake in 9" pans. Bake 350 deg for 30 min. Cool & frost with cream
cheese icing.
