Hunters Venison Sausage Recipe

Ingredients:
4 lbs: Ground venison,
4 lbs: Ground pork,
2 tbsp: Salt,
2 tsp: Black pepper,
3/4 tsp: Mace,
1/4 tsp: Nutmeg,
1/4 tsp: Cloves,
1/2 tsp: All-spice,
1/2 tsp: Garlic powder,
Directions:
Mix venison and pork together. Add approx. 1/2 cup hot water to meat
to gain desired texture for sausage press. Add spices and mix well.
