Hurricane Fruit Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Sliced bananas,
1 cup: Orange sections, fresh peeled
1/2 cup: Sliced strawberries,
1 cup: Fresh pineapple chunks,
1/2 cup: Sliced Kiwi fruit, peeled
1 cup: Plain yogurt,
1 cup: Cantalope balls,
1/3 cup: Dates chopped,
2 tbsp: Shredded coconut,
6: Lettuce leaves,
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the coconut and the lettuce. Cover and
chill for 1-2 hours. Place lettuce leaves on a plate, spoon mixture
onto lettuce leaves, and garnish with the coconut.
