Ingredients:
1 quart: Half and Half, plus
3 cup: Half and Half,
1 1/2 cup: Sugar,
3 tbsp: Vanilla,
2: Eggs,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
Rock salt,
Ice cream freezer,

Directions:
Beat eggs. Add sugar, half and half, vanilla, salt. Mix together.
Freeze in ice cream freezer Yield 2.5 quarts.
