Irish Soda Bread *** (vgxb82a) Recipe

Ingredients:
2 1/4 cup: Bread flour,
2 tbsp: Sugar,
1 tsp: Salt,
1 tbsp: Butter, I use canola oil
1/2 cup: Raisins, I add a few more
2 tbsp: Caraway seeds,
1 tsp: Baking soda,
1 cup: Buttermilk,
1 1/2 tsp: Dry yeast,
Directions:
One thing I learned from reading the Electric Bread book is that you
can stop your machine after the first rise and start over again and
get a nicer loaf. (More rising time that way!) Heres the recipe for
