Turkish Pilaf Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup: Brown rice,
4 cup: Water,
2 tbsp: Almonds, slivered
2 tbsp: Pistachio nuts, shelled
1/4 cup: Dried prunes, chopped
1/4 cup: Dried apricot, chopped
1 tsp: Cinnamon,
Directions:
Cook the brown rice in boiling water in a covered pot for 45 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients and serve warm.
