Italian Vegetable Marinade Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Safflower oil,
1/2 cup: Cider vinegar,
1/2 cup: Honey,
1 tbsp: Italian seasoning,
1 tbsp: Parmesan cheese,
1 dash: Garlic powder,
1 cup: Broccoli tops,
1 cup: Sliced zucchini,
1 cup: Chopped tomatoes,
1 cup: Cauliflower flowerets,
Directions:
For the marinade, combine oil, vinegar, honey, italian seasoning,
garlic powder, and parmesan cheese in a blender jar. Process until
smooth. Pour into saucepan and heat to boiling. Set off heat, and
allow to cool. Mix vegetables and cover with marinade. Refrigerate
overnight.
