James Beards Brownies * Recipe

Ingredients:

PATTI - VDRJ67A
4 ounce: Semi sweet chocolate,
2: Eggs,
1 cup: Maple syrup -OR-,
2 cup: Brown sugar,
1 cup: Flour, sifted
1 tsp: Vanilla,
1/2 tsp: Salt,
1/2 cup: Walnuts, chopped

Directions:

Combine all ingredients, except walnuts and blend until smooth. Add
walnuts and pour batter into a greased and floured 9x11" pan. Bake at
325~ for 30 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
