Ingredients:
1 ounce: Anisette, or Sambuca
1 ounce: Blackberry brandy,

Directions:
Pour anisette into a cordial glass. Float blackberry brandy on top by
pouring very slowly over a teaspoon or bar spoon turned bottom-side
up.
