Jicama Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 medium: Jicama, peeled
2: Navel oranges, peeled
Salt,
1 tsp: Chili powder,
2 tbsp: Chopped unsalted peanuts, optional
1/8 tsp: Dried red chiles, optional
Lettuce,

Directions:
Cut jicama into bite-sized pieces and place in large bowl. Section
oranges and cut into bite-sized pieces, holding sections over bowl so
juice will fall into it. Season to taste with salt. Add chili powder,
peanuts and crushed chiles. Mix well, chill and serve on lettuce.
Makes 6 to 8 servings
