Vegetable Platter - Dia Rau Song Recipe

1 cup: Coriander leaves,

1 cup: Fresh Asian or regular basil leaves,
1: Cucumber, peeled in alternating strips, halved lengthwise and
Sliced thinly crosswise,
4 ounce: Fresh bean sprouts,
1: Ripe mango,
1 bunch: Ripe bananas,
1: Ripe papaya,
6: Apples,
6: Star fruit,
Directions:
On a large platter, decoratively arrange all of the ingredients in
separate groups. Use in recipes where required.
