Vegetarian Hungarian Goulash Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup: Potatoes, peeled, sliced
1 cup: Onions, chopped
2 large: Garlic cloves, pressed
1 1/4 tsp: Paprika,
1/2 tsp: Caraway seeds,
1: Bouillon cube, vegetable
2 tbsp: , water
1 cup: Peas, fresh or frozen
1/2 tsp: Black pepper,
2 cup: Tomatoes, fresh, chopped
3 1/2 tsp: Marjoram,
1/4 cup: Safflower oil OR veg stock,
3 cup: Noodles, eggless, cooked
Directions:
In a large saucepan, combine all the ingredients, except the
noodles. Cook over medium heat, covered for 30 to 40 minutes, then
serve over hot noodles.
