Ingredients:

SMALL FEASTS

BASIC VINAIGRETTE, 1/2C
2 tbsp: Red OR white wine vinegar,
6 tbsp: Olive oil, to 8T
1/2 tsp: Salt,
3/4 tsp: Dijon,
2 tsp: Shallots, minced, opt

VARIATION: CHIVES
1 tbsp: Chives, minced
1 tbsp: Shallots,
1 cup: VINAIGRETTE,

VARIATION: CUCUMBER
3 tbsp: Cucumber, grated
1 tbsp: Chives, chpd
1 cup: VINAIGRETTE,

VARIATION: GARLIC
1 centiliter: Garlic, processed into
1 cup: VINAIGRETTE,

VARIATION: HERBS
3 Sprigs: parsley, minced
1 tsp: Dried tarragon,
1 tsp: Fresh basil OR 1/2t dried,
1 cup: VINAIGRETTE,

VARIATION: TARRAGON
Substitute tarragon vinegar for red or white in master recipe,

Directions:

Blend all until well combined.
