Watercress Finger Sandwiches Recipe

Ingredients:
4 slice: White bread,
1 Bunch: watercress,
2 tbsp: Mayonnaise,
Salt and pepper,

Directions:
Trim crust off bread, then butter each slice. Wash watercress, then
chop very fine. Add mayonnaise and seasoning to watercress; mix
thoroughly. Spread watercress mixture on two slices of the bread, and
top with remaining slices. Cut sandwiches in half, serve garnished
with watercress.
