Watercress~ Peach & Raisin Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 small: Bunch watercress, washed and trimmed
1 large: Peach, skinned and stoned
40 gram: Raisins,
1 medium: Crisp lettuce, trimmed, - washed and shredded
A few radicchio leaves, torn into small pieces
3 tbsp: Orange vinaigrette,

Directions:
Chop the watercress and cut the peaches into small cubes. Combine all
the ingredients and dress in the orange vinaigrette.
