Western Hot Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Catsup,
1/4 cup: Water,
1/4 cup: Onion, finely chopped
3 tbsp: Red wine vinegar,
2 tbsp: Vegetable oil,
2 tsp: Brown sugar,
2 tsp: Worcestershire sauce,
2 tsp: Mustard seed, whole
1 tsp: Paprika,
1/2 tsp: Oregano, dried, crushed
1/2 tsp: Chili powder,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/8 tsp: Cloves, ground
1 each: Bay leaf,
1 centiliter: Garlic, minced

Directions:
In saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce
heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring once or twice.
Discard bay leaf. Use to baste hamburgers or ribs last 15 minutes of
grilling.
