Whole Wheat Cinnamon Raisin Recipe

Ingredients:
7/8 cup: To 1 cup + 1 tablespoon,
Buttermilk,
1: Egg,
1 tsp: Salt,
1/3 cup: Butter or margarine,
3 tbsp: Brown sugar,
1 1/2 cup: Bread flour,
1 1/2 cup: Whole wheat flour,
2 tbsp: To 3 tablespoons gluten --,
Optional,
2/3 cup: Raisins,
1 tsp: Cinnamon,
2 tsp: Active dry yeast,

Directions:
Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and
press Start. After baking cycle ends, remove from pan, place on cake
rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing. The above measurements
are for a 1 1/2 pound loaf.

For a 1 pound loaf:

5/8 to 3/4 cup buttermilk 1 egg
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter or margarine 2 tablespoons gluten, optional
1/2 cup raisins
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
