2 cup: COOKED HAM, CUBED
1/2 cup: HEAVY CREAM,
1 cup: RITZ CRACKERS, CRUSHED
1 1/2 tsp: SALT,
2 tbsp: MELTED BUTTER,
6 each: POTATOES, COOKED, SLICED
1/4 tsp: ONION SALT,
3 each: HARD BOILED EGGS, SLICED
Directions:
COMBINE SOUR CREAM, HEAVY CREAM AND SALT IN A BOWL. LAYER 1/2 THE POTATOES
EGGS AND HAM IN A 2 QUART CASSEROLE DISH. TOP WITH 1/2 THE SOUR CREAM MIX.
REPEAT WITH THE OTHER 1/2 INGREDIENTS. MIX CRACKERS, BUTTER AND ONION SALT
AND SPRINKLE ON TOP OF THE CASSEROLE.
